    Quick and easy preparation

    Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use.

    Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Place thawed lobster on baking sheet with 1/2 tablespoon of butter.

    Bake for approximately 12 minutes ensuring an internal temperature of 75°C / 165°F.

    Atlantic lobster meat is firm, meaty, and succulent. Our high-pressure processing (HPP) method loosens the connective tissue of the meat.

    This results in an end product that is more “melt-in-your-mouth” and tender rather than tough or chewy.
